Leadership development is a never-ending process,
yet experienced managers often neglect their own
performance improvement, sometimes to their surprising
detriment. Executive Performance Packages generate
an objective and in-depth analysis of a manager’s
current performance, recommendations for accelerating
their results to the next level, and follow-up coaching
to help execute their individual development plans.
The analysis phase gathers performance data, both
predictive and behavioral, well beyond the typical
performance management system. After this, the manager
and coach jointly analyze the situation to determine
goals.
At the conclusion of the initial phase, the client
receives all the available raw data in the Executive
Feedback Report, and their manager receives an Executive
Summary and personal briefing to support the client’s
on-going development. Executive coaching and developmental
assignments focus on polishing or fine-tuning targeted
aspects of the client’s performance.
