Davidson Leadership was founded by its current principal,
Tom Davidson, in 1999 as Lighthouse Coaching and Consulting,
LLC, a personal and executive coaching practice.
The
business name was later changed to Kinesis International,
Inc. as its services and partners expanded to include
general human resource consulting, executive search
and manager selection.
In 2007, the organization entered
its newest phase of development, specializing in the
acceleration of leaders and teams, particularly for
technical professionals. Since its inception, the organization
has been based in Richmond, Virginia, with corporate
offices now located in Business Center International
in the city’s west-end suburbs known as the Innsbrook
Corporate Office Park.
