leaders
so that an organization’s talent pool is prepared
faster, better and more consistently.
Sending high-potential candidates to off-site training
can be costly and irrelevant. Too often, training
notebooks start collecting dust as soon as participants
return to work, and the lessons of leadership remain
untested and unlearned. The Leadership Academy solves
this problem in a unique way.
The Leadership Academy is an accelerated leadership
development system that can be Your Leadership Academy
much faster than starting from scratch. It takes
place in three phases: Immersion, Application and
Acceleration. Delivered to small cohort groups from
the same organization, The Leadership Academy is
relevant and results-oriented.
Specifically, the program:
• Combines multiple training methods for an
intense leadership development experience.

Applies leadership principles to the client’s
own work place, making relevant and immediate use
of the principles learned.

Delivers organizational results in an action-learning
environment, simultaneously contributing to the bottom
line while developing needed skills.Immersion:
This phase includes in-depth leadership assessments,
fundamental leadership modules, speakers, case
studies, simulation exercises, and project formulation.
Participants also execute pre-work and have homework
assignments during the immersion phase.
Application: In this longer, on-the-job phase,
participants lead actual process improvement
initiatives in the work place itself. This is
a supervised application of key leadership principles
where they also receive individualized coaching
to maximizing on-the-job learning and business
results.
Acceleration: In the final phase, participants
attend several more days of advanced training
to synthesize their skills, present their projects,
and create individual development plans for the
next level.
